Squirrel Stars: our youngest members on air

The Squirrels from 5th Redruth had an exciting evening recently when they welcomed BBC Radio Cornwall to their meeting. The visit gave these young adventurers the chance to showcase what being a Squirrel is all about, sharing their enthusiasm for fun, friendship, and learning.

During the session, the Squirrels showed off some of their favorite activities, while chatting with the radio team about the joy of being part of Scouting.

The visit highlighted the impact that Scouting has on even the youngest members of the movement. From building confidence to sparking curiosity, the Squirrels program offers a fantastic start to the adventure of Scouting.
