We’re excited to invite you to a very special day celebrating Scouts from across Cornwall.
26th September 2026 – Stithians Showground
For the first time, we’re bringing together all sections – from Squirrels to Network – for a county-wide event that shines a spotlight on the amazing achievements of our young people.
A day to celebrate
This event is all about recognising the incredible things young people in Scouts achieve every day.
Families are warmly invited to join us for:
- A celebration of awards and achievements
- Fun activities to enjoy together
- A chance to meet other Scout families from across Cornwall
We’ll also be holding our County AGM during the day, followed by an evening social event for volunteers.
Awards and invitations
Leaders are currently submitting details of young people who have received (or are due to receive) awards between:
1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026
If your young person is eligible, you will soon be in touch with an invitation – so please keep an eye on your emails.
Timings
Our current working timings – subject to change, based on attendance – are as follows:
Morning Session 09:30-12:30
- Squirrels
- Beavers
Afternoon Session 13:30-16:30
- Cubs
- Scouts and Explorers
Any other activities 16:30-17:30
AGM 17:30-18:30
Bar and Food 18:30-late
- Trelawney’s Bar will open after the AGM
- Camping will be available for adults attending the AGM
- This will become an adult event from 18:30, and young people will not be allowed on site unless you are camping with your family
